our experienced Foreman, has been a cornerstone of RCI Electric since April 2015. With years of hands-on electrical experience, Troy brings expertise, leadership, and attention to detail to every project he oversees. He thrives on the challenge of assembling complex systems and enjoys guiding his team through intricate installations and troubleshooting tasks. Troy’s meticulous approach ensures that all projects meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Outside of work, Troy values family time and enjoys adventures such as mining for gold and gems. He spends his free time with his wife and three children, sharing activities that foster fun, learning, and exploration. A native of Kansas, Troy brings a grounded, hardworking perspective to the RCI Electric team. He is particularly proud of the company’s culture, where attention to detail, care for employees, and a focus on quality work are paramount. Troy’s dedication extends beyond the job—he is committed to mentoring the next generation of electricians while balancing family life and personal passions. As a first-year apprentice at RCI Electric, Tim is quickly making a mark in the electrical trade. Although he has less than a year of professional experience, his dedication to learning and enthusiasm for the craft set him apart. Tim loves the hands-on aspect of electrical work, especially when it comes to problem-solving and ensuring every job is completed safely and efficiently. He thrives on getting power where it matters most and finds fulfillment in seeing a project come together from start to finish.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys hobbies such as ham radio, magic the gathering, and shooting sports. He cherishes spending quality time with his daughter, which is his favorite way to unwind after a busy day. Tim’s connection to Colorado is strong, often exploring the mountains to relax and recharge. Colleagues appreciate his focus on safety, eagerness to learn, and the positive energy he brings to the team.
