A great experience. They showed up exactly when they said, did everything I had requested, and went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly. Everyone was super friendly, great to work with and I highly recommend them.
The total experience was awesome. The guys Jayden, and Colton did an excellent job! Also Brett and Autumn were wonderful to work with. They came highly recommended by some great people in the industry.
I recently had an issue where only half of the outlets in my room had power. After replacing the outlets myself, the problem still wasn't resolved. I called RCI, but the line was busy. Shortly afterward, I received a text from Brett asking if I still needed assistance.
I explained the situation, and Brett was kind enough to call me personally. He took the time to listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and suggested another troubleshooting step that we could try on our own. He also offered to come out the next day if that didn't solve the problem.
Thankfully, Brett's advice worked, and we were able to fix the issue ourselves. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even though we didn't end up needing a service call, the excellent customer service Brett provided made a lasting impression.

Hello, I got connected with Brett from a neighbor. Had some panel issues caused by an unlicensed contractor trying to cut corners that could start some fires. Luckily Brett was able to fit me in his schedule right away, explained the fix, and got it done. Saved me from a much bigger issue!! Thank you Brett!
